Electronic Development
The development of electronics is developing rapidly and is closely related with the development of embedded software.
The communication between devices and components is becoming increasingly advanced, so it requires skills in both embedded software and electronics development to create successful electronic products. Move Innovation has strong competencies in both electronics development and embedded software. We specialize in the production of prototypes and smaller series.
At Move Innovation we offer electronic development in a wide range of areas such as analogue and digital electronics and high precision conversion between the two. We design mechanical and electronic components that comply with specified characteristics. We work with the components on print boards, add wires and/or connectors, and ensure that they can maintain mechanical stability. We also test the components in our laboratory.
In addition to the functionality of the components and the device, it is important for us to focus on documentation and approval requirements in connection with electronics development. We do this through a series of risk assessments, for example physical tests and calculations.
Move Innovation are experts in digital electronics development, and are happy to take on this role in our customers' projects. We develop electronic components and electronic products that translate into electrical appliances and instruments for companies and private persons.
We develop advanced "Big Data" systems that collect data from sensors.
For example, we also design sensors that send digital and analogue signals synchronously to data collection devices, often clouds. The sensors can, for example, measure flow, temperature, positions (in µm), vibrations, light, noise and much more.
We have made devices that perform a discretization of the analogue signals into digital signals - and combine them with the other digital signals into data streams. The data streams are forwarded to our devices' powerful computing cores, which can analyze and validate the digital signals and transform it into computer data that can be read by a variety of systems.
From development project to production
Early in the development process, we advise on the optimal production solutions.
We produce, manufactore and assemble several of our customers' products and components. When the solution is complete, we also offer to produce the products if it is a small series. In practice, this means that the project number is replaced with a product number, so that the products can be ordered from us. The advantages of this are that the warranty obligations lie with us. In addition, it is easy to order new devices and components and simply to have changes made, as knowledge about the device and production is gathered in one place.
Our role is, among other things, management of production price, production and deliveries, including quality assurance and approval of the production results, as well as service and warranty handling.
Utilization of development knowledge in production
The only requirement we have for you to outsource the production to us is that we must have been a part of the maturing process of the product. The developer role gives us unique knowledge about the product and the production and distribution requirements.
