We focus on innovative development
Innovation at Move Innovation is driven by knowledge, progress and vision and we take responsibility for the innovation task we have been given. There are a number of theoretical innovation methods that interfere with each other in our everyday life. Therefore, there will be several elements from different methods that blend together according to the needs that arise. Including:
- We use user-driven innovation when we innovate and test interfaces with end users all the way from idea to final product. However, the user's experience and present world image can dominate and distort a development process where the future usage is the most important (for example if the product is to be sold 2 years later). In our world, it is about maintaining the vision for the users and transforming the vision into a future-proof product.
- Value-driven innovation is the value that the product adds to the producer and the entire value chain including end customers. The market is less relevant here, as it is defined by our customers, yet we look at which value we can add to the customer and customer customers. In our world, it is primarily about meeting the needs defined by the customer in the best and cheapest way.
- We also use technology-driven innovation when the framework for all stakeholders is known, and it is all about developing and producing the product in a given quality and for a given price. This is used when it is not about identifying needs and adding value. In our world it is about meeting the customer's specific requirements.
